Delivery and Returns Policy for Plakton Footwear

Purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our logistics company containing instructions and the tracking number. This allows you to monitor the shipping progress of your order. If you lose this email, please contact us at info@plaktonfootwear.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

Size Changes: If you wish to make a size change, please contact info@plaktonfootwear.com with the Subject: change + your order number.

The shipping of products to the sender is under our responsibility. You will be charged a contribution towards costs before the return is accepted. The size change process involves the following steps:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at info@plaktonfootwear.com.
  2. Our team will email you, requesting details on how you want to proceed with the return and information about the new size.
  3. You'll be asked to pay the return cost. Once paid and the return is accepted, we will contact our courier to collect your order and send you the new size.

*Please note that returned products must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable conditions. If the products do not meet these conditions, we may cancel the change, and you will still be responsible for associated return charges.

Returns Policy

All our products are handmade to a high standard, and we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. We can offer a refund of your order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  2. Our team will email you, requesting details on how you want to proceed with the return.

Credits back to your credit card can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company/banking institution.

Faulty Products

If products are faulty, please contact info@plaktonfootwear.com with the Subject: faulty + your order number.

We will provide instructions on managing your order. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. We will guide you through the process via email.

We may request photographs and double-check the products upon receipt. If the products are indeed faulty, we will assume the shipping cost and issue a total refund.
